The Crytec AT-150 ATV Flail Mower is a heavy-duty machine designed for paddock maintenance, field management and woodland clearance. Powered by a 15HP Loncin 420cc four-stroke petrol engine, it tackles thick grass, docks, nettles, thistles, bracken and overgrown brambles with ease.

Featuring a 1500mm cutting width and 28 heavy-duty hammer flails, the AT-150 is ideal for maintaining paddocks, clearing overgrown areas and cutting back heather and small saplings. With adjustable cutting height, a belt-driven system and a swivel hitch, it offers reliable performance for demanding outdoor tasks.

Delivery & Assembly

The mower is delivered on a wooden pallet within a protective steel frame and arrives approximately 90% assembled. Allow around 30–50 minutes for final assembly. An instruction manual is included.

Please note: An angle grinder is required to cut the centre and top bars of the steel frame to release the mower.

Important Information

• Engine oil: Approximately 1 litre of 10W-40 or 15W-40 oil is required. Check the oil on level ground, following the engine manual, as the Loncin engine has a sensitive low-oil sensor.

• Greasing: Grease the mower before first use and after every use.

• Pre-use checks: Check all fixings and components before operating.

• Belt care: Match your mowing speed to the conditions to avoid overloading the machine and damaging the drive belts.

As for the engine, please fill on level ground until oil overflows as Loncin engines have a very sensitive oil sensor.  Checks must be done all round prior to use, Any help required please contact our workshop.
