Returns Policy

Subject to the below exceptions, Crytec Limited is happy to exchange or refund your purchase within 30 days of delivery. Your refund will be credited to the original payment card on the day of request (subject to the return of the goods) but may take up to 15 working days.

Unwanted goods must be returned in a fully re-saleable condition and any packaging must be intact. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or full refund if goods are not returned in a re-saleable condition or are damaged. If these conditions are met we will gladly offer a replacement, exchange or refund. Refunds on promotional goods purchased under a promotional offer will be based on the terms of the promotional price. Our 30 days returns policy is in inclusive of the standard 14 day returns offered by the Consumer Contact Regulations.

Upon receiving your order you should carefully inspect the package and goods to ensure they are intact and complete, before signing for receipt of delivery. Should you find the parcel to be damaged or incomplete you must refuse delivery of the goods no exceptions.

Please report any damaged or faulty items to Crytec within 48 hours of ordering and provide any information requested (eg photographs) within 48 hours.

Crytec will accept returns of machines, within 14 days of purchase, provided that they are unused and in the original packaging. Modified machines are non returnable.

Fitted / used parts and / or machines cannot be returned under any circumstances unless faulty at the time of receiving .

The customer is responsible for the goods & any return delivery charges until they reach Crytec. Therefore, for your own protection, we recommend that you return it using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods (DX, Pallet ways, UPS).

Parts and / or machines that are returned in a resalable condition i.e. unused and in the original packaging will be credited in full, minus any applicable handling charge. Parts and / or machines that are returned used, damaged, defaced or with bits missing may not be credited / credited in full and will be subject to a handling charge

All machines that are returned as "Faulty" will be tested and if the machine is found to be of perfectly serviceable order and working correctly the cost of return shipping and a small service charge of £35 will be passed on to the purchaser.

If a machine is in working order and a customer wishes to return it to us due to a change of mind, the customer will be liable for return postage costs.

On the day of delivery of your new product a member of the household will need to be available between 8am - 6pm.  All deliveries that are missed by the customer and have to be re-delivered to the customer will be subject to a £25+ VAT surcharge as this is what we get charged.
Crytec does not take any liability with any loss of earnings lost through machinery being repaired / out of order.
Please note our warranty is not transferable on any of our machines, if you sell or buy any of our machines second hand you will not be covered by our warranty services. The warranty covers the person(s) who's name the original order was made in and that person only. Our warranty covers all non wearing parts on our machines.
If you're contacting us regarding a warranty claim please make sure to have your order number ready and/or proof of purchase, without this we will be unable to process any warranty claims.
