Returns Policy

At Crytec Limited, we strive for customer satisfaction. Subject to the exceptions outlined below, we are pleased to offer exchanges or refunds within 30 days of delivery. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method on the day of request (provided the returned goods are received), but may take up to 15 working days to reflect in your account.

Returns & Refunds

  • Unwanted Items: Items must be returned in their original, unused, and resalable condition, with all packaging intact. We reserve the right to decline exchanges or refunds if goods are damaged or not in a resalable condition. If these conditions are met, we will gladly offer a replacement, exchange, or refund.
  • Promotional Items: Refunds on items purchased as part of a promotion will be processed in accordance with the promotional offer's terms.
  • Consumer Rights: Our 30-day return policy includes the 14-day statutory return period under the Consumer Contract Regulations.

Defective or Damaged Goods

  • If you believe your product is faulty or defective, please contact us immediately at support@crytec-power.co.uk.
  • Upon delivery, please inspect your package carefully. If the parcel appears damaged or incomplete, refuse the delivery and do not sign for it.
  • Damaged or faulty items must be reported within 48 hours of receiving your order. Any requested information (such as photographs) must also be provided within 48 hours.

Returns of Machines & Parts

  • Machines may be returned within 14 days of purchase, provided they are unused and in their original packaging.
  • Modified machines are non-returnable.
  • Fitted or used parts/machines cannot be returned unless they were faulty upon receipt.

Return Shipping & Handling

  • The customer is responsible for the goods and any return shipping costs until they reach Crytec. We strongly recommend using an insured delivery service such as DX, Palletways, or UPS.
  • Returned unused machines and parts in resalable condition will be credited in full, minus any applicable handling charges.
  • Returns of used, damaged, or incomplete items may be refused or subject to a partial credit and handling charge.
  • Machines returned as "faulty" will be tested. If the machine is found to be in full working order, the cost of return shipping and a £35 service fee will be charged to the customer.

Change of Mind Returns

If a machine is in full working order but the customer wishes to return it due to a change of mind, they will be responsible for all postage costs (both ways).

Loss of Earnings & Liability

  • Crytec is not liable for any loss of earnings, including hire costs for replacement machines, due to faulty or damaged products.
  • If a scheduled delivery is missed by the customer and requires re-delivery, a £25 + VAT surcharge will apply.

Warranty Policy

  • Warranties are non-transferable and apply only to the original purchaser. If a Crytec machine is sold second-hand, the warranty is void.
  • Our warranty covers non-wearable parts only.
  • For warranty claims, customers must provide their order number or proof of purchase. Claims cannot be processed without this information.
