If you entered your email at checkout you WILL have received a tracking/order number via email, please check your spam folders.

Depending on the size of your item, we use three couriers.

For small items we use royal mail

For medium to larger items we use DHL

For pallet orders we use Pallex

Royal mail orders typically begin with a 'GB' or 'TH'

DHL orders typically begin with '420'

Pallex orders typically begin with '00000'
