Just used it for the first time and it's surpassed expectations. Powerful, easy to use, it sucks in all manor of materials and chips it up, I've even been getting rid of all the leaves by putting a spadeful in with each branch. Very happy with the machine.
Assembly instructions don't come with it which is poor, and there is no online video for this model. That said it took me an hour to put it together and have it running so not too much of a problem if your handy.
No indication of oil capacity so I overfilled it which was a bit of a messy pain.
Overall though it ticks the main box which is to make light of garden waste.

I bought this machine about 10 days ago, paid extra for the express delivery (ordered it on the Monday night, it arrived Wednesday morning) so fast delivery and weĺ packaged. Fairly heavy to put together, but once the wheels are on its not to bad to move around by hand.the assembly instructions are useless, but it's Fairly simple anyway. Ive had the machine running a couple of times so far for a couple of hours each time. Has not staĺed or faulted at all. It's absolutely brilliant, has gone through very thick conifer probably up to about 90mm ish. Would definitely recommend this chipper. Can't comment on longevity as only used it a couple of times, but so far very impressive bit if kit.

Amazing bit of kit for the money. Very easy to manoeuvre and fits through standard door sizes. Makes short work of pruned branches but occasionally have to encourage it down the chute. Gutsy 7hp engine and was impressed with how much it processed on one tank of petrol. Express delivery, arrived following day. Over all, very pleased.

Generally, having put it through its paces for a few hours, I’m happy. Most importantly it chips well and can handle a good mix of sizes. Couple of gripes: it is meant to be towed. Pictures didn’t look like it would be stable off-road as top heavy and narrow wheel base. I asked about this and was assured it could handle being towed around fields by a quad. It can’t. A few bumps will flip it over. So instead I load it into a trailer - not a big issue since I use the same trailer to collect chips. Mine was pre-built - beware buyers, some of the bolts were not properly tightened and I almost lost them (e.g. engine shut-off mechanism). Finally, I was disappointed in the engine - Crytech opted for a cheaper Rato engine over the likes of Briggs and Stratton. When I buy kit like this I’m looking for something that will last a lifetime and am happy to pay for it.
