Before ordering please double check the spec of your chain to make sure you get the right ones, to check the number of drive links remove your chain and count the number of the inside links (the ones that sit in the sprockets)

Response to my initial email enquiry was within 2 minutes. I ordered a chipper on Thursday morning and it arrived on my drive on Friday lunchtime…fully assembled which was more than I was expecting.
