The warranty on our machines is 2 years for domestic purchases and 1 year for commercial purchases.
Replacement parts (unless wearing ie. blades, belts) are covered for 1 year.

It does as it says on the specs,if I was picky the reciever was two different colours and one side wheel hole strap was bent up,yes I will buy again from crytec.

It’s big, it’s powerful, and it’s simple to use. I can now bump fire 90mm clipped head nails with my framing nailer 🥳 can’t wait to try my new RO sander with it.
Set-up: It was literally six bolts to add the wheels on, and we were ready to go. My nine-year-old actually fitted them (mostly due to my disability of not having use of both arms).
Size: I knew I would probably need to make alterations to my workbench to get this under, but I couldn’t find any information about the size of the compressor before I bought it. A review I saw said that they had also struggled, and when they finally got the size it was of the package.
So the unit itself is roughly:
L: 960mm
W: 425mm
H: 870mm
Customer Service: I rang them over a query I had regarding the type of oil to use in it (Manual says SAE 5W/40) as I already had SIP Advanced Piston Compressor Oil. The guy I spoke with was really helpful and confirmed that it was suitable for it. When I checked the sight gauge, it actually had plenty in there.
Delivery: I actually had to contact the courier to delay delivery as it was so much quicker than I expected, and they were great. Never before have I had a courier company been so helpful.

Excellent compressor which is well suited for my domestic use. Great value fast dispatch very helpful delivery driver. Compressor appears well made, fit for purpose. Faultless transaction. Only downside is cost of delivery to Northern Ireland.
Vry well packed and looked after by the delivery driver.
The compressor is wellbuilt and is exactly what I needed , at a very competitive price.

Response to my initial email enquiry was within 2 minutes. I ordered a chipper on Thursday morning and it arrived on my drive on Friday lunchtime…fully assembled which was more than I was expecting. The machine is great and my subsequent queries have been responded to straight away too. Very impressed. Well done crytec
