Cracking Little Mower!

I recently bought this mower and it is incredible value for money and perfect if you have a small lawn. I agree that the instructions are a little unclear but have to give top marks nevertheless as Jack from Customer service was so helpful in assisting me with assembly (which actually is really easy once he explained a few things). Jack also sent me several videos on how to assemble/ troubleshoot. I'm so pleased with it and my newly mowed lawn!

Good machine but needs better instructions

This is a stronger and more robust machine than I expected. Simple to operate but 2 mistakes. first it is not variable speed; just on/off. But no problem. No mention in instruction book as to how to change cutting head from line to plastic blade. Had to work this our by watching other machines on YouTube. But would still recommend.

Best 3 in 1 mower

I bought this on a whim not able to see any reviews because the only other products on the market like this were either poorly reviewed or too expensive. I'm so glad I did. It arrived today and while I can't comment on the longevity, I'm already singing it's praises. It arrived with a full battery so I was able to get straight to work. I had knee height grass from refusing to drag out my bulky corded mower but this instantly cut through swathe after swathe. It gives you a choice of plastic blades (about 10 provided and should be easy enough to find replacements locally) or a strimmer line. I used the line and only needed to replace twice for my whole garden. I easily switched between all different modes and was very impressed with the mower attachment. I was able to run over wonky paving slabs, clumps of thick grass and it just kept going without needing a new line. I was not being gentle. I can get really close to my fence and decking with the strimmer and it also managed to cut through thick stems with ease. I was able to keep going for about an hour (with the odd few minutes break) and only used 2 bars of battery! I imagine this will be a talking point with my elderly neighbours when I take it out the front and I will happily recommend it to anyone with a lawn!

Response to my initial email enquiry was within 2 minutes. I ordered a chipper on Thursday morning and it arrived on my drive on Friday lunchtime…fully assembled which was more than I was expecting. The machine is great and my subsequent queries have been responded to straight away too. Very impressed. Well done crytec
