The warranty on our machines is 2 years for domestic purchases and 1 year for commercial purchases.

Replacement parts (unless wearing ie. blades, belts) are covered for 1 year.

Good robust barrow

Decent quality and will certainly last a few years. Only issue is the wheel arch steel does not align with the barrow surface quite right.

Very good barrow jest make sure you tighten the bolts. Up tight then it's well worth the money

Great barrow, solid frame, nice long handles, well balanced, deep. Proper British style barrow. The shallow, short handled things the continentals like are not ergonomic. Best priced barrow I could find anywhere, best barrow I’ve ever bought. Good quality wheel and bearings, what’s not to like? My tall pal was helping me shift stuff the other weekend, he’s never felt comfortable with a barrow before. He would not let anyone else use the big red Crytec! Also looks cool in my opinion.
That’s just the wheelbarrow, don’t get me started on the quad trailer. I absolutely love that device. Nice to get good quality home made stuff. How come you guys aren’t the market leaders yet?

Response to my initial email enquiry was within 2 minutes. I ordered a chipper on Thursday morning and it arrived on my drive on Friday lunchtime…fully assembled which was more than I was expecting. The machine is great and my subsequent queries have been responded to straight away too. Very impressed. Well done crytec
