Yes, standard delivery to all mainland UK is included in the price, some of our products do have the option for express delivery charged at an extra rate. A small charge may apply for delivery outside the mainland UK.  

Yes VAT is included in the price, we can provide invoices for any purchase if necessary.

Yes we offer a 24 month for all residential purchases, and a 12 month warranty on all commercial machines/purchases. (Please note warranty only covers all non wearing parts)

For most of our products, we can ship out the same day (if next day delivery is selected) and products will arrive the next day by 5PM (please note for our larger items there is a 1-2 day lead time for assembly)

Because of the on going situation with covid-19 deliveries may be delayed by 1-2 working days, we always ship out our products on time, however we cannot guarantee our couriers will be able to stick to the timeline at the moment due to Coronavirus.
